Contact

The quickest way to reach us is by email. We read everything and usually reply within a few working days.

Email us

To help us answer quickly, include:

• the page you were reading (copy the link from your browser)
• the product and retailer, if it is about a price or a link
• your town or water utility, if it is about a watering rule, a permit or a backflow requirement
• what looks wrong, and where you saw the right figure

No phone number is required, and we never add you to a mailing list.

Retailers, brands and businesses

We welcome corrections to specs, prices and manuals from makers and retailers, and updates from water utilities and one-call centers when a rule changes. We don’t sell placements in our rankings. How we choose explains why.
